Amazon Order Came with Defects, No Price Match Offered




On October 13, 2023, I placed order number 171-6771392-0288364 on Amazon. Upon receipt, I noticed visible defects such as stitching errors and loose seams in multiple places inside the product, despite the outer packaging being intact. Due to the inability to return the item, considering the impracticality of fitting it into a vehicle and transporting it back from my address, I informed Amazon of my predicament. Although a discount was offered, I reluctantly accepted it. However, my frustration grew when I discovered a recent price drop of approximately 1,000 lira from the original purchase price between November 13 and November 30. I learned that customers are ineligible for the price difference campaign during this period and promptly communicated this issue to Amazon customer representatives. Despite being assured that a record was created, my follow-up revealed that no action had been taken. If such practices persist, it is inevitable that Amazon and its employees will suffer consequences. I kindly request the necessary steps be taken for an equitable resolution regarding the pricing matter and urge Amazon to inform me promptly. Otherwise, I regret to inform you that I will be compelled to initiate legal proceedings due to the sale of a faulty product under the guise of a discount, causing customer distress.
