Amazon Made Transactions From My Account Without My Permission, Defrauded Me

Amazon did not send products for weeks, they stalled me and used my money. Then, without my approval, the customer representative defrauded me and made a transaction on my behalf, even though I did not approve the transaction. Amazon.com.tr did not compensate for the fraud committed by the customer representative without my approval. I am complaining about the staff taking the these actions, they made unauthorized transactions from my account, it is not legal.
