Unauthorized Amazon Charge on My Card

An unauthorized transaction of 19518.90 TL was made on my VakfBank credit card through Amazon at 4:30 AM on 10/23/2023. I immediately reported this suspicious activity to Amazon and contacted VakifBank within 12 hours to cancel the transaction and get my money back, but they were unable to stop the payment or issue a refund. I demand the 19518.90 TL charge be refunded. It's as if the company has no customer service representatives. The only way to contact them is via live support, where they simply state, "Sorry, we can't help." I intend to file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Board against Amazon.
