Amazon Locked My Account
I have been using Amazon for a long time, and I am also a seller in the overseas market. While shopping in my newly opened account, I received an e-mail that my account was locked. I immediately called customer service to fix the problem. I talked to account health expert Özgür, and although he said "I am activating your account", the problem still persists. They neither cancel my 8,900 lira order nor send it to me. I prefer Amazon because of its quality, but they are victims like a joke. They do not help at all in solving the problem, They ask me to fill out and send the form, but they do not send the form to my e-mail, I can't understand why they make things so difficult for problem-solving. When opening the account, I already open the account by entering my identity information, credit card, and address information. Before giving a large amount of shopping, the bank already calls me and asks if I can confirm. Do you really need to go through so much trouble?
