On May 24, 2026, I purchased a pair of Reebok athletic shoes from the Boyner Prime Mall Gaziantep store. After using the shoes for only about two months, the rear side corners on both shoes began to separate and tear. I do not believe it is possible for this type of damage to occur under normal use in such a short period, and I believe the problem is the result of a manufacturing defect.

I returned the shoes to the same Boyner store and submitted them for a warranty inspection. After the inspection, I visited the store and was simply told that "no defect was found" and that my claim had been denied. No meaningful or technical explanation was provided for this decision. The shoes were returned to me, but the defect remains exactly the same.

I request that this superficial inspection and the decision to deny my claim be reconsidered. I ask that the shoes be treated as a defective product and that I be provided with either a replacement or a full refund. If my request is denied again, I will exercise my legal rights by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and any other appropriate authorities.
