My Reebok Shoes Tore After One Month but FLO Refused a Replacement

I purchased a pair of Reebok shoes from FLO, and after only one month of normal use, the right shoe developed tears. As soon as I noticed the damage, I submitted a warranty claim through the store on July 15, 2026.
Approximately 72 hours later, I was informed that the damage was not considered a manufacturing defect and that my request for a refund or replacement had been denied. Customer service also explained that the inspection photo uploaded to the system stated the issue was not caused by a manufacturing defect, and because of that determination, they could not approve a replacement or make any changes to the decision.
I do not accept that a pair of shoes that tears after such a short period of normal use can simply be classified as user-caused damage. I request that the product be inspected again through a more thorough and impartial evaluation. If the defect is confirmed, I ask for a full refund or, at the very least, a replacement with a new, defect-free pair.
