My Reebok Shoes Started Peeling After 3 Months and In Street Refused Help

About six months ago, I purchased a pair of Reebok athletic shoes from the In Street website. Although I used the shoes under normal conditions, the heel area began to peel significantly after only 3–4 months, making them uncomfortable to wear and raising serious concerns about their durability.

Because of this issue, I sent the shoes in for a warranty inspection about a month ago. I was later informed that the inspection found no material or manufacturing defect in the size 41 shoes with barcode number 8684096029736, and that the product was therefore not eligible for a replacement, refund, or repair. I cannot accept the conclusion that a pair of shoes showing this level of peeling in such a short period is the result of user error, especially when no meaningful solution was offered.

I request that the shoes be inspected again through a more thorough and fair evaluation that takes the customer's perspective into account. If the defect is confirmed, I request a free replacement. If a replacement cannot be provided, I request a full refund of the purchase price. I expect my complaint to be resolved fairly and my inconvenience to be addressed as soon as possible.
