Amazon Delivered Wrong La Choy Item


I ordered La Choy regular chop suey vegetables through Amazon, but today I received canned La Choy chop suey stir fry vegetables instead of the product I selected. I did not order the stir fry version and the item delivered does not match what I wanted. My main expectation is to receive a full refund for this incorrect item. I tried to reach Amazon customer service by phone to resolve the issue but was unable to get through to a live representative, so I could not complete the return or refund process. In addition, the order page on my Amazon account states that this item cannot be returned, even though I received the wrong product. I request that my complaint be reviewed and that my payment for this incorrect La Choy product be refunded as soon as possible.
