Gmail Compromised By An Unknown Entity

My Gmail account has been hacked, and since 10 August I have been unable to access it. The attacker changed my date of birth, turned on parental controls and added a parent account, so now every attempt to sign in is blocked by a “Choose a parent” screen asking for the parent’s approval. The hacker also changed both the recovery email address and the recovery phone number, so I no longer have any way to receive verification codes or recovery links on my own trusted channels. I have been using this Gmail account from my Realme 5 phone in Badlapur, Thane, Maharashtra (PIN 421503), and the account is in my own name. I am ready to provide any identity documents or additional verification that Google may require to prove that I am the legitimate owner. Because of this situation I have lost access to many important and personal items, as well as my gaming accounts that are linked to this Gmail. I am very worried that the hacker may misuse my information while I am completely locked out of the account. I request that my account be manually reviewed and restored to me, without requiring any permission from the hacker‑controlled “parent” account. I am asking Google to disable the parental controls that were fraudulently enabled, remove the unauthorized parent account, and send me a secure password reset option directly to my alternative email address nirajbhagat3***@gmail.com after verifying my identity, so that I can safely regain full control of my Gmail account.
