Amazon Sent Me a Toy Instead of Philips i9000 Shaver - No Refund
I ordered a Philips i9000 Ultra Prestige shaver from Amazon on July 23, and it came the next day. But there was a toy in the box instead of the shaver, and the real product was missing. I sent the item back right away, on the same day. I called Amazon customer service several times and was told that I would get my money back in 15 days. After 15 days, I called them again and was told to email them the product details and order number. They promised that the refund would be sent within 7 days at the latest. But my refund still hasn't gone through, even after that time. The order number is 406-2437307-2385109, and the amount of the returned item is ₺13,679. I started the return because the wrong item was sent, and all I want is for the money I paid to be returned to me as soon as possible.
