Amazon Delivered Wrong Item and Failed to Honor Prime Benefits
I am writing regarding a recent Amazon Prime order I placed on Monday morning through Amazon USA. Although the order was placed with Prime, the wrong item was delivered to me on Tuesday afternoon, and the Prime benefits I expected for this purchase were not properly applied. After realizing the mistake and the missing benefits, I tried to contact Amazon customer service, but instead of getting a clear and helpful solution, I felt I was given the runaround and did not receive any concrete resolution for my problem. My clear expectation is to receive the actual item I originally ordered, delivered within this week as a timely Prime shipment, not with a new delivery date two weeks later. I kindly request that Amazon correct this order and ensure the proper use of my Prime benefits for this purchase.
