I placed an order on Amazon on March 18th, and even though they guaranteed delivery by March 20th, it's now March 22nd, and the package has yet to reach the courier. It is quite concerning to witness such negligent conduct from employees at a company of Amazon's magnitude. Even after reaching out to customer service multiple times every day since March 20th, there has been no notable advancement on this matter.
