Amazon Cancelled My Order Without Notifying Me
I purchased a product from Amazon Germany seller 404-6180423-0193111 via Amazon Turkey, but the order was canceled without any notice after weeks. When I inquired about the status of the product with customer service, they claimed there was no problem. However, I later found out that there was a stock error. Interestingly, the same product is now available for purchase with a different price than what I paid. I wonder why Amazon Turkey has such poor stock management. In similar cases, Amazon America and Amazon Germany offer gift vouchers to customers for their satisfaction, but the customer representative of Amazon Turkey claims that this situation does not comply with their policies. I am now wondering whether Amazon Turkey's policies are wrong or whether it is Amazon America and Amazon Germany that have better policies.
