Amazon Camper Shoes Size Issue

I bought a pair of Camper shoes in size 37 from Amazon, but the shoes I received were labeled as 37-39. Because it was the weekend, I promptly returned the product within 2 days. Despite the item being received 6 days ago, my refund has not been processed yet. My credit card billing cycle falls on the 7th day of each month. As the approval for the incorrect item I returned is still pending, I will unfortunately have to cover the cost of the refund with the bank. I am extremely dissatisfied with Amazon.
