Amazon Banned My Account Due to Their Error After PTR Transfer to Normal Servers

I am writing to express my concern about the unfair treatment I received while playing New World. Due to an error on the game’s end, my PTR account was mistakenly transferred to the normal servers, and I was permanently banned as a result. This ban was issued even though the mistake was entirely caused by the game's system, not by my actions. It feels unreasonable for the developers to punish players for issues they failed to address within their platform. If there are vulnerabilities in a game, it’s natural for players to encounter and use them, but it’s the developers' responsibility to fix these problems. Instead, I was penalized for something outside my control. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend New World.
