1 Month Delayed Amazon Refund for Defective Karaca Cups Purchased in October
I recently purchased two Karaca cups for two people from Amazon, but to my disappointment, both of them arrived defective. Immediately, I generated a return code and sent them back. The items were received promptly. However, it's now approaching December, and the refund for the product I bought at the beginning of October is still pending. The lack of communication channels is frustrating; there's no accessible way to reach out to them. Whenever I try the provided phone number, it seems to disconnect automatically. This experience leaves me feeling like I may have wasted my money, and the delayed refund process is exacerbating the situation. Dealing with such issues as a customer should be more straightforward, and hope Amazon addresses this promptly.
