Amazon Cancels Int'l Order - No Warning, No Replacement

I purchased a feeding bottle on Amazon on March 25th. Since it was an international delivery, I patiently waited. The delivery status on Amazon's website indicated, "Your order may be late," for two weeks. After a month, I reached out to customer service to inquire about the delivery status. They informed me that due to it being an international delivery, they needed to investigate further. Surprisingly, they revealed that the delivery was damaged and would be returned, with a refund issued. I was never informed about this damage until I contacted Amazon customer service. Instead of arranging a fast global shipment, they simply canceled my order and initiated a refund process without prior notice. I'm disappointed by Amazon's lack of communication and failure to provide any compensation or apology for their mistake. It's concerning that they can make decisions without consulting the customer. Be cautious when ordering from Amazon, especially for international deliveries.
