Defective Product and Warranty Dispute With Apple!

I sent my AirPods Pro 2, which are still under warranty, to Apple's authorized service center, with coordination from Apple Turkey, due to issues such as connection drops and the other party not being able to hear my voice during calls (these problems existed almost from the first day of purchase). The returned earphones were dirty, the right earbud had changed color (yellowed), and the ear tips had yellow stains and cracks. Throughout my communication with Apple Turkey, they acknowledged the issue with the sound not being transmitted and mentioned that necessary updates were performed, but since the problem persisted, it was likely a manufacturing defect. It was decided to send the device to the service center for replacement. However, the service center reported that the earphones had cracks and were not covered under warranty, meaning no intervention could be made. My earphones had no cracks when I sent them, and they were cleaned before shipping. However, they were returned covered in earwax and discolored. Apple Turkey not only sold me a defective product initially but also sent back cracked earphones. No action has been taken to resolve my grievance. I sent crack-free earphones and received cracked and yellowed ones in return. This level of negligence is unacceptable for a brand that is preferred for its warranty coverage. I will take this matter to the Consumer Rights Court to ensure necessary actions are taken and my grievance is resolved.
