Defective AirPods Pro 3 - Request For Refund

On October 31, 2025, I purchased an AirPods Pro 3 (Serial Number: J0JW017W6M) through Hepsiburada.com, an official Apple distributor, for ₺13,924, paid by credit card. From the very first use, I have continuously experienced issues such as muffled and distorted sound and occasional static noise. Due to these persistent problems, I have sent the device three times to Apple Authorized Service, yet the issue has not been resolved. I clearly stated that I do not want any further repair and that I wish to exercise my right to a refund or replacement. The authorized service center issued a report confirming the situation, and I currently hold this document. I also contacted Apple Customer Service under Case ID: 102749819647 and Hepsiburada Customer Service under Request ID: 472233308. Apple informed me that refund responsibility lies with the distributor (Hepsiburada), so they are unable to assist. Despite submitting my refund request through the Hepsiburada platform, I have not received any response. My device is still under warranty, and all procedures have been carried out exclusively through the authorized Apple service center in Ankara. I kindly request that Apple and its official distributor take responsibility for resolving this issue and proceed with a full refund as soon as possible to remedy the inconvenience I have faced.
