Kyani Hasn't Shipped My Orders, No Updates Provided
Kyani hasn't really shown that they care about making their customers happy. I dropped a pretty penny of 14,490 TL on May 4, 2023 for some stuff I wanted, but they never showed up. Bummer. I was so annoyed with how unserious they were that I decided to ask for my money back. But instead of sending me what I ordered, they just gave me a measly refund of 700.23 TL on June 9, 2023. Wow, Kyani really got me with their sneaky tricks! Hey Kyani, you gotta fix this by either sending me my stuff on time or giving me a full refund that matches what I paid. Hey guys, just a heads up - Kyani's not very professional and they don't always give complete refunds. Seems like they're trying to pull a fast one on us. Make sure you're in the know and don't get scammed by companies like Kyani!
