tickets.az Took My Payment but Never Confirmed My Flight Ticket
I am writing to report a problem regarding a flight reservation made through the tickets.az website that remains unconfirmed despite successful payment.
On January 22, 2026, I made a reservation through tickets.az for a flight from Istanbul to Ganja scheduled for January 26, 2026, at 07:50. During the booking process, I completed the payment using my bank card, and an amount of 169.60 was successfully charged from my account.
After the transaction was completed, I received booking reference number F5HKV970. However, despite the payment being collected, my ticket has still not been approved or issued. When I check the reservation status, I cannot see any confirmed ticket associated with my booking.
Concerned about the delay, I contacted tickets.az by email and requested clarification regarding the status of my reservation. I was informed that I should wait 24 hours for the booking to be processed. However, even after waiting beyond the timeframe provided, I have not received any confirmation, ticket issuance, or meaningful update regarding my reservation.
As a customer, I find it concerning that payment has been successfully collected while the flight ticket remains unconfirmed. With the travel date approaching, the lack of communication and uncertainty regarding my booking is causing significant stress and inconvenience.
I respectfully request that tickets.az urgently review reservation number F5HKV970, confirm and issue my paid flight ticket without further delay, and provide all relevant flight and ticket details in writing.
If there is any issue preventing the ticket from being issued, I request a clear explanation and immediate communication regarding the status of my booking.
I expect a prompt resolution and confirmation of my reservation as soon as possible.
