I purchased my car insurance through Göral Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., acting as an agent for Allianz Sigorta. The policy number is 0001021062311623. When I requested to cancel this policy, the agency simply refused to process the cancellation. I then sent a formal petition directly to Allianz Sigorta's Head Office, expecting them to step in and resolve the issue.
However, instead of taking action, Allianz replied on behalf of the agent—as if Göral Sigorta speaks for the entire company—and still did not proceed with the cancellation. It’s now been 20 days, and my policy remains active against my wishes.
This kind of delay and miscommunication is unacceptable from a company of Allianz’s reputation. I am formally requesting that my policy be canceled immediately and without further obstruction. I also urge Allianz to investigate this agency's handling of customer requests. I shouldn’t have to chase down basic service for nearly a month.
