Allianz Issued Me a Wrong Complementary Health Insurance Policy
Through Yapı Kredi Bostancı Branch under Allianz, we purchased a health insurance policy by paying around ₺20,000. However, instead of a private health insurance policy, a complementary health insurance policy was mistakenly issued. As a result, we cannot benefit from the coverage and are left in a difficult situation. We realized the mistake within 2–3 weeks and have been waiting for a solution for about a month now. Despite contacting Allianz and the bank’s customer service many times, we have received no response and found no one to take responsibility. We request the cancellation of the wrongly issued policy and a refund of the amount we paid. The lack of attention and the difficulties we have faced during this process have completely shaken our trust in Allianz. I demand that this issue be resolved without further delay.
