Allianz TSS Transition: Delays and Poor Service
Allianz is unable to complete the TSS transition process. Despite submitting our application 23 days ago, they keep repeatedly requesting the same documents, causing unnecessary delays. We are unable to reach anyone for communication, and our call requests go unanswered. Even though the Allianz regional manager is personally trying to expedite the process, the transition has still not been completed. The lack of transparency and communication has made the situation even more frustrating. At this point, I no longer have confidence that Allianz can handle this matter efficiently. To prevent losing our rights with the previous insurance, I will cancel our transition request and choose another insurance provider. I had no idea that their service quality was this poor.
