Allianz Private Pension Cancellation Delay
I submitted my cancellation request for my Allianz private pension plan, contract number 55697109, on September 11, 2025. I was informed that I would receive an email and SMS notification once the cancellation was processed, but to this day, I have not received any updates. During this period, I called customer service multiple times and also tried to complete the cancellation through web chat, the mobile app, and the website, but no assistance was provided and my request was never finalized. Furthermore, I was not given any reference number throughout the process. Although nearly a month has passed, no payment has been made to me. The amount I am expecting is ₺4,000. I request that my cancellation be completed and the accumulated amount be transferred to my account as soon as possible.
