Despite calling the call center multiple times, I haven’t been able to get any clear information. My car is still sitting damaged at Alvin Otomotiv, waiting to be repaired. The true quality of a global insurance company shows during a claim process—unfortunately, Allianz has failed to meet expectations in this regard.
