I Have Been Waiting for Allianz to Process My Car Damage Claim
I have been getting my car insurance from Allianz Insurance since 2007. Until now, I’ve only had one damage claim. A file with the number 2025K49594 was opened on 02/07/2025, but there has been no progress since then. Despite calling the call center multiple times, I haven’t been able to get any clear information. My car is still sitting damaged at Alvin Otomotiv, waiting to be repaired. The true quality of a global insurance company shows during a claim process—unfortunately, Allianz has failed to meet expectations in this regard.
Progress
I have held a motor insurance policy with Allianz Insurance since 2007 and have only had one claim to date. My vehicle was damaged on 02/07/2025, and a damage file was opened under the number 2025 K 49594. As of today, 30/07/2025, there has still been no progress. I have called the call center multiple times but have not received any clear information—I'm only told that the file is with the research and examination department. My vehicle has been sitting damaged since 02/07/2025, and Alvin Automotive is also waiting. I urgently request that my vehicle be taken in and the necessary payment be made.
