Allianz Insurance Delayed Car Windshield Replacement
I'm in a bind as a result of a windshield replacement covered by my comprehensive insurance policy. Following the approval of my claim at Allianz headquarters on August 23, I was referred to an authorized service center. Despite the fact that it has been more than 48 hours since the approved procedure, the confirmation email to the repair company has yet to be sent, owing to seemingly indifferent staff. I've been on the phone with the company's general office for the past two days, but the only response I've received is that they've noted the urgency. Unfortunately, the people I've spoken with on the phone have been unable to provide any real assistance. To make matters worse, every attempt to contact them results in a minimum of a 26-minute wait. Despite being a long-term Allianz health insurance customer, I vow never to renew and will do everything possible to avoid their services. File number for claim: (2023 k 67***4).
