I canceled an order that I had placed with AliExpress under order number 8162024688120818 within five minutes of placing the order. I was told that the procedure for canceling the order had been finished and that a refund of the money would be issued within three to twenty working days. Having said that, after checking on it today, I discovered that the product had already been dispatched. This is not acceptable, and I believe that Aliexpress ought to accept responsibility for this matter and immediately make appropriate corrections. I have a great deal of anger with the way they treat their customers.
