Refund Delay for Canceled Order on AliExpress, Requesting Resolution

I placed an order through the AliExpress app from Shop4995230 Store (Order No. 1108104738431959). After adding the item to my cart and completing the purchase, the seller failed to ship the product. I canceled the order and expected a prompt refund.
It has now been two months, and I still have not received my money back. This delay is completely unacceptable, and the lack of communication from AliExpress about the status of my refund is highly frustrating.
I am requesting that AliExpress immediately process my refund and ensure it is credited to my account without further delay. Customers should not have to wait this long for their money after a canceled order. Please resolve this issue promptly.
