AliExpress Order Cancellation Not Processed – Requesting Immediate Refund

I accidentally placed an order on AliExpress (Order ID: 3046192949997178) and immediately submitted a cancellation request to both customer service and the seller. Despite my prompt action, the order still shows as active in the system. I do not want this product and have made it clear through multiple requests.
AliExpress, please process my cancellation and refund the payment immediately. I should not have to go through unnecessary delays for an order I clearly do not want. This situation is causing unnecessary stress, and I do not want to be inconvenienced further. Please address this issue urgently and ensure the order is canceled, and my money is refunded promptly.
