I Never Received My Replacement from AliExpress

The products I purchased from this store were faulty, and they acknowledged the issue. They promised to send tested replacements if I closed the dispute. It has now been 60 days, and despite their assurances, they still haven't sent the new items. They persuaded me to close the dispute, but nothing has arrived since then. We want to place a new order on AliExpress but are hesitant due to this experience. They keep delaying by saying the items are still in the warehouse. I’ve lost trust in them.
