Household Tools Store at Aliexpress Doesn't Want To Refund Lost Item in Transit
Order 8146296766095491 Household Tool Store. A year ago I ordered an item, which was ultimately never delivered. As there were problems with the tracking I contacted the seller. They told me to wait. I waited till the 90 days were over and initiated a dispute. The seller asked me to cancel this dispute with the assurance that the item was in transit and would arrive shortly. I foolishly believed the seller. It never did arrive and by canceling the dispute, I lost the opportunity for a refund. I keep contacting the seller over and over for a refund but they refuse and lie about the item being delivered. Till today I do not know how to contact Aliexpress directly, so this is my last ditch effort for justice aka a refund from the seller or a new item.
