I Never Received My RC Car from AliExpress but Only Got ₺2 of My ₺18 Refund

I ordered a 4x4 remote-controlled RC car from AliExpress on January 20, 2025. After waiting patiently for 35 days, I checked the app on February 25 and saw that the item was marked as “delivered.” But nothing ever arrived at my address.

I immediately contacted customer support and opened a dispute. Instead of properly investigating the issue, AliExpress refunded me only ₺2 out of the ₺18 I paid—despite the fact that I never received the product at all.

This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a product that was never delivered and was issued a partial refund for no valid reason. I am left with nothing but wasted time and frustration.
