On September 8, 2025, I ordered a fuel cap lock motor for my Peugeot 407 (2008 model) through AliExpress, paying around ₺1,200. When the product arrived, I discovered that it did not fit my car’s socket and could not be used. I immediately submitted a return request, but for the past four days, my request has been repeatedly rejected without clear explanation.
I contacted AliExpress customer support via chat, but the only response I received was in English, stating that my return claim was rejected. No details or further reasoning were provided. This lack of transparency has left me frustrated and without a working solution.
The product was only tested briefly on my car, leaving no damage or signs of use. I believe I am fully entitled to either a refund or the correct part, but since the correct version is unavailable, I am specifically asking for my ₺1,200 refund.
AliExpress should stop rejecting valid return requests and take responsibility for wrong product compatibility issues. I expect my refund to be processed quickly and my case to be handled with fairness.
