AliExpress Canceled My Order, But Refund Still Not Received After Two Weeks

On February 12, I ordered five model kits from AliExpress, totaling ₺1,894. After waiting ten days without shipment, I decided to cancel the order. However, it has now been two more weeks, and I still haven’t received my refund.
Despite the order being marked as canceled, the website still shows the payment as "completed", and customer service is completely unhelpful. I cannot reach a real person or even an AI assistant to resolve my issue. Why is my money being held for this long with no support?
AliExpress, I demand an immediate refund. You cannot keep my money for a canceled order! Fix this issue now and provide proper customer service!
