AliExpress Car Part Not Delivered to Turkey, Refund Still Pending
I purchased a car part from AliExpress, but the seller refused to ship it to Turkey, claiming the item is not eligible for delivery. I requested a refund, but the status remains "under negotiation," and I still haven’t received my money back.
To make matters worse, there is no phone number to contact their support team directly. I am left with no updates and no resolution. I either need the item to be shipped or a full refund issued immediately. AliExpress must address this issue promptly, as customers should not have to struggle to receive their rightful refunds or products.
