AliExpress Wrong Product and Partial Refund Issue

Problem with the Wrong Product and Partial Refund on AliExpress. I have been patiently waiting for my product for four months, all because the seller deceived me. I got a partial refund after returning the incorrect product because they sent the wrong one. I was extorted by the seller, who took ₺3000 but only refunded ₺1250. The vendor continues to show the out-of-stock item on their website, even though I never got the product.
