AliExpress Sent My Order to the Wrong Address, No Resolution Provided

I ordered a product from AliExpress, but it was sent to someone else—neither my name nor my address was on the delivery. Despite paying for the item, it was delivered to a different recipient. When I contacted PTT, they told me to resolve the issue with the seller.
I reached out to the seller multiple times, but their responses were repetitive and unhelpful. They only offered a partial refund of $4 and claimed they would redirect the item, but the product has yet to arrive. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like my issue is being ignored. I demand a full refund or a replacement sent to the correct address immediately. AliExpress must ensure proper delivery and better seller accountability.
