AliExpress Sent the Wrong Item Instead of Mini Electric Shaver

I ordered a USB rechargeable mini electric shaver from AliExpress, but what I received was a small stick with a blade on the end—completely different from what I ordered. This is extremely misleading and frustrating. It seems this kind of issue is happening to others around me as well.

There’s no reliable way to address this issue since there’s no customer service number or proper contact point to file a complaint. I am left with an unusable product and no resolution.

I demand AliExpress address this issue promptly, provide a full refund, or send the correct item. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with such deceptive practices or a lack of accountability from the platform.
