AliExpress Sent the Wrong Item—Ordered Pressure Washer, Received a Utility Knife

I placed an order on AliExpress for a pressure washer, but what I received was completely different—they sent me a utility knife instead! This is outrageous and feels like a scam.

To make things worse, there is no one to contact for help. I searched for customer support, but there is no clear way to resolve this issue. I expected at least a refund or replacement, but I can’t even find a proper complaint process.

AliExpress, how can you allow this? I need urgent assistance to either receive the correct product or get a full refund. I hope I can find a reliable platform to escalate this issue if AliExpress does not resolve it!
