AliExpress Orders - Unresolved Issues with Canceled and Delayed Deliveries
On July 20th, I placed several orders on AliExpress, but I have been greatly inconvenienced by the issues that have arisen. Regrettably, I am unable to reach any representatives who can adequately address my concerns.
The AliExpress customer service agents have simply been sending me the same generic messages, without providing a meaningful resolution. I kindly request your assistance in addressing the problems I am facing with my orders.
One of my orders was canceled by the seller, while the other was delayed significantly, leading me to cancel it myself. This whole situation is utterly absurd and frustrating.
I would greatly appreciate if you could look into this matter and ensure that I receive a satisfactory outcome. The lack of responsiveness and inability to reach a competent representative is unacceptable. Please let me know how I can resolve these issues with my AliExpress orders.
