I placed an order on AliExpress and paid in full, but when my package arrived, the courier claimed that my payment was not recorded, forcing me to pay again at the door.

When I opened the package, instead of the product I ordered, I found a small piece of foam—completely unrelated to my purchase. To make matters worse, AliExpress has no real customer support—there’s no contact phone number, and it’s impossible to reach a representative for help.

This is fraudulent business practice, and I demand an immediate refund for both the incorrect item and the double charge.
