AliExpress Charged for a Xiaomi Charger But Didn’t Create an Order

I placed an order for a Xiaomi charger on AliExpress, using my mother’s debit card. On the first try, the payment failed. On the second attempt, it successfully charged ₺280, but I didn’t receive any confirmation or order number. Thinking the payment hadn’t gone through, I tried a third time, which gave a “insufficient funds” error.
Later, when I checked the bank statement, I saw that the second attempt had been charged, even though no order was created on AliExpress. I contacted their support team, but they claimed the payment failed due to insufficient funds—which is false.
I then spoke with the bank, and they confirmed that AliExpress successfully withdrew the money, and even provided an official receipt proving the transaction. I shared the proof with AliExpress, but they continue to deny the charge.
This is completely unacceptable. A company of this size should not be taking money without confirming orders or refusing to acknowledge verified payments. I paid, but received nothing in return.
Progress
AliExpress again, another problem! I bought a Xiaomi brand charger for 280 TL from the Sanalpazar AliExpress store, and the charger they sent is faulty. I want to return it, but for a week they've been making it extremely difficult just to avoid accepting the return. They asked for a video of the charger, I recorded and sent it, but they were still not satisfied. I don't know what more I need to do to convince AliExpress. Am I going to lie for a 280 TL charger? In the video I sent, I clearly provided all the evidence, but they were still not satisfied. They are victimizing people. That's all there is to it. People choose this place because it's cheap, but no one is an enemy of their own money—why should we pay for a faulty product? If you don't want to regret it, look for other alternatives...
