Aliexpress Order Cancellation and Refund Issues
I made a purchase on Aliexpress on October 14 at 23:47 for ₺511.28, but canceled it on October 16 at 00:18. Despite an earlier smaller order refunding promptly through Iyzico-Aliexpress, this larger transaction showed as "Aliexpress-London" on my bank statement, and the refund has not appeared. After multiple conversations with both Aliexpress customer service and my bank, no refund has been received. Each customer service representative gives me a different refund time and date, despite providing screenshots of the supposed refund confirmation. Aliexpress keeps offering vague reassurances like "Your money is safe," but they fail to provide concrete evidence, such as a valid receipt or clear transaction proof. This has shaken my trust, and I'm left without a proper solution. I hope this issue is resolved quickly, and my refund is processed without further delay.
I had filed a transaction dispute 4 days ago, and it was still under review. To expedite the process, I filled out and sent a complaint form to my bank yesterday. After that, I received my refund through AliExpress. I'm not sure what helped, but I'm glad I was able to get it.
