Algida Deleted My Rewards Without Notice and Forced Me to Redeem on Ice Cream

I just tried to cash in my rewards using the "Win App", like they said I could when I bought something. But out of nowhere, the rewards just vanished from my account. I worked hard to earn these points, and in the end, I ended up with nothing. I couldn't use my points the way I wanted, and instead, I was stuck with the choice of getting some random ice cream that I didn't even want. On top of that, every item needs 750 points, and I can only throw three in my cart at once. This means I have to deal with the trouble of shopping several times just to use my points. I'm really disappointed with the service because the communication wasn't clear and the process was way too complicated.
