Algida Increased Conboo Points and Made My Carte Dor Redemption Impossible

I have a complaint about the increase in the points required for ice creams like Conboo. Before 01.01.2025, one Conboo cost 750 points, but now it costs 12000 points. Due to this increase, I can now only get 3 pieces of Conboo instead of 58. I have been collecting points for a long time and currently have 44581 points, but I feel I am at a loss of about 655000 points if my points are not adjusted to something like 700000. Additionally, in August, I had 3 packs of Carte Dor using my points, but when I tried to redeem another pack at the end of September, it was unavailable in the application. At that time, they were priced around 16000 points. My husband, who also uses the application, has encountered the same issue.
