Aldo Shoes I Purchased Online Came Defective
I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the boots that I purchased from the Aldo Turkey website two weeks ago. Upon receiving the shoes and wearing them for the first time, I noticed that there was a hardness on the left shoe, similar to a nail, which caused me great discomfort while walking. I am a loyal customer of Aldo and have been purchasing shoes from your company for years, and I am very disappointed with the quality of the product that I received. I expect a higher level of quality from Aldo, and I am surprised that such a defect was not caught during quality control before shipping. Furthermore, the lack of response from your customer service team in Turkey is unacceptable. I would like to request a refund or an exchange for a new pair of boots that do not have this defect. I have attached a copy of my receipt and a photo of the defect for your reference. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.
