Camper Sold Me ₺6000 Winter Shoes That Are Unwearable and Refused to Help

The product from my order number 4005883601 is a complete disappointment. Since I purchased it in July, I haven’t had a chance to use it, as it was made for the winter season. Now I can’t return or exchange it. I had no choice but to have it repaired at a shoe repair shop. An experienced craftsman worked on it and pointed out that the leather is too stiff, and even if it fit, it would still cause issues. The sole is thick and heavy, which negatively interacts with the stiffness of the leather, making it uncomfortable and unhealthy to wear. A critical detail like this, noticed by the repairman, was overlooked by your design and production team, and apparently not prioritized by quality control. Now I’m left with a pair of shoes costing ₺6000 that have had inserts added to make them smaller in size, which causes cramping on the top of my foot and creates extra height, making it feel like the shoes will slip off. Even if I wanted to donate them, it would be disrespectful to give such uncomfortable shoes to someone else. Your response that “we can’t do anything, we can’t take them back, we can’t exchange them” is a corporate answer indeed! This response from your so-called world-class brand shows how you view customers in the Turkish market.
