I transferred ₺3200 and ₺10,000 to my Alba Brokers forex account on Wednesday, December 27th, but it appeared as $3513. I would like an explanation and would appreciate compensation for this loss to be added to my account. This is the first time I've come across this problem, and I haven't gotten the help I need from customer service. Regrettably, I'm unable to get in touch with the advisors who typically keep me updated. I sent another email yesterday and I'm eagerly waiting for a response from the authorities.
