I Funded My FBS Account via BtcTurk but ₺413 Never Arrived or Got Refunded

On June 27, I transferred $413 from my BtcTurk account to fund my FBS Forex account. However, the funds never showed up in my FBS account, and to this day, I haven’t received any refund either. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, but every time they just give me the same vague response: “We’re working on it.”

It’s been long enough—this isn’t problem-solving, it’s stalling. I have proof of the transfer from BtcTurk, and yet FBS continues to delay the process without offering any real solution or compensation.

FBS has become a huge disappointment. I demand that my ₺413 either be credited to my account or refunded immediately. Enough of the excuses—fix this now.
